Join block printing artist, Dolly R. Sickles, and botanical maker, Dr. Deena Class for an enriching make-and-take class that highlights both of their artistic areas of focus: eco printing (flowers & leaves) with hand-carved stamps for block printing on cotton/linen wall hangings. We will sharpen our drawing and sketching skills while working to hand-carve stamps, then learn different ways to compose an eco print with flowers & leaves to make beautiful one-of-a-kind, multi-media wall hangings. Dont forget to bring a lunch! Supplies provided. One-class session.
