Youth Speed & Agility Camp Session: 1

This camp is designed to help young athletes improve their speed, footwork, coordination, balance, and overall athletic performance through drills, conditioning exercises, and skill development activities. Participants will learn proper running mechanics and agility techniques in a fun and encouraging environment.

Note:

Participants should wear athletic clothing, cleats or tennis shoes, and bring a water bottle each day. Camp will be held in a gym when available and outdoors, weather permitting. Sunscreen is recommended.
